  • There is no limit of the number of databases that we provide service as part of the Enterprise Subscription.

 

  • Our team members will provide 40 hours of service each week along with emergency on-CALL support.

 

  • Every customer who signs up for our enterprise subscription gets access to our JIRA Customer Service Portal.  The employees of our customers can submit service requests (tickets) for all of their database requirements using this Portal. It is very simple to use helps in tracking all the work that we do for our customers.
